Del Re works closely with top quality farmers and manufacturers throughout Italy, combining traditional production practices with those of modern sanitation and efficiency. Vegetables are hand-picked at the height of their natural ripeness. Pigs, legs and cuts are hand-selected. Only the best quality ingredients are used in preparations. We oversee the production and packing of all products to make sure every detail is just right.
