DEL RE LAMPASCIONI ALLA CONTADINA

Del Re Lampascioni look like small onions, but are actually tassel or grape hyacinth bulbs. They have a totally unique flavor, attractively sharp and slightly bitter, that is treasured in their native Puglia. Versatile and delicious!
